Maryville University and the Student Involvement Office are happy to present the Vendor Program to the mutual benefit of the Maryville community and local businesses.
The cost for this program is just $75 and includes a table to be set up in the main campus dining area, the Gander Dining Hall, on a mutually-agreeable date.
To request a date for your vendor display, please complete this form. It is highly recommended to fill out this form about a month before you would like to come to Maryville. Filling out the form does not guarantee or confirm a date. That confirmation will be provided following the successful completion of this form and accompanying process.

Programming for your organization, other students, your floor, team members, or other events can be time consuming, expensive, and hard to get started. Programming on the Go, provided by the Center for Student Engagement, provides your organization with an easy, convenient, and FREE way to program for whatever your needs are. We offer options for small to large size groups and provide materials for you for your various events and programs. If you are interested in using Programming on the Go, just browse the list of available items at www.maryville.edu/getinvolved and fill out the attached form to reserve your items!
Upon filling out this form, a staff member in the Center for Student Engagement will contact you to confirm the availability of the requested items.
Disney Leadership Experience Application - January 2016
If you would like to reserve the use of one or more Maryville University vans, please fill out the attached form. A staff member will review it and approve or deny usage. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before the event. Please allow a week for your request to be reviewed. It is required that any student organization engaging the services of a speaker, entertainer, exhibitor, or other service provider secure a legal and binding contract agreement by use of the Maryville University rider that is available in the Center for Student Engagement. Student organizations may act as the SPONSOR of an event, but are not considered the PURCHASER, and are NOT authorized to make such agreements independently.
Only the Director of Student Involvement, or designee, is authorized to represent the University and will facilitate contractual agreements on behalf of student organizations. Please allow at least 2 weeks time for the Director to process the contract. Any contract not handled through this process are subject to be voided by the University and payment not processed for entertainer or service.
This form should be completed for student organizations or departments who wish to work with a vendor that is unable to provide a contract for processing. In this case, the information you provide in this form will be used to create a contract on behalf of Maryville University for agreed upon services with the vendor.
If the vendor you wish to work with DOES have an existing contract that they wish to use (as opposed to a Maryville University contract), there is no need to complete this form. Just email the contract to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing.
