Department of Student Affairs

The Department of Student Affairs deals with any and all concerns, complaints, or suggestions that are sent to MSG. We constantly work on the student’s behalf to create a better Maryville experience. Issues we are currently looking into are "Going Green", technology on campus, and smoking. The Student Concerns division puts ideas into action.

Department of the Treasury

The Department of the Treasury is responsible for managing and tracking Maryville Student Government's budget as well as dispersing allocations requested by student organizations. The Treasury discusses funding requests and makes suggestions to the MSG General Board as to which requests to approve and deny.

The Department of Public Relations

The Department of Public Relations is the promotional part of Student Government. Public Relations promotes events that Maryville Student Government puts on. As well as keeping the students informed on what MSG is doing to help the students. We also help promote any new changes or advancements that have come about at Maryville university. Our primary focus is keeping you informed on what MSG can, will, and are doing for the students.

Department of Internal Affairs

The Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for planning the events for Maryville Student Government, organizing the MSG office, and aiding members in following MSG's vision. Internal Affairs seeks to ensure the future of MSG through building sustainable processes, coordinating successful events, and recording MSG activities.
